Methods
Team Workshop: Conduct online collaborative meetings with representatives from all key areas. Utilize tools for creating mind maps, brainstorming, and recording critical data, including the CSD Matrix (Certainties, Suppositions, and Doubts)
Usability Test: Following desk research, team meetings, and hypothesis formulation, we conducted usability tests with real users. These tests aimed to observe how users interact with the product, gather their feedback, and identify areas for improving the overall experience.
